“It was pleasant. I liked the suite for extra room. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The patio looked at the parking lot and little park. The pool was big with plenty of room for families. The food was close and good. It is older, but great for families and close to everything. ”

“Friendly & helpful front desk young lady. Room was large with separate sink and toilet/shower. Fridge & microwave plus a desk & extra chair. Bed & pillows were comfy. Had everything we needed. Breakfast was plenty, eggs & sausage, waffles, cereal, bread & Danish, yogurt, cream cheese, peanut butter, fresh fruit (apples & bananas) juices, hot water, milk, etc. breakfast area was continuously maintained & freshened. Pool was chilly but large. Hot tub was nice and there was a shower room in……

“Our room had a fireplace but when we turned it on it had a little smell. Not of gas. Maybe it was just not used recently so we turned it off. Our coupon for breakfast was great. The only thing was my coffee cup was so hot it almost burnt my lips every time I took a drink. It wasn’t the coffee it was my cup.”

“The best thing about this hotel was the staff. They really went above and beyond, and were so friendly. They treated us like family. The second best thing was the complimentary breakfast buffet. There were many hot and cold choices, and everything was delicious. The hotel is also only minutes from stores, restaurants, and downtown Lake Geneva.”
