“Nice”

“Like that it’s quieter - note it’s January but it was a nice escape for me, my wife, and 4 kids. We enjoyed the pool and had dinner near the resort. Kids enjoyed the game room. Our suite was very comfortable and the kids loved it. Great view of the lake also. Only options for improvement: update the games in the game room. And clean the ceiling fans. No complaints though at all ”

“I was disappointed at how run-down the room was compared to the perceived modernity they portrayed in their online photos. The laminated floor in the room was warped and chipped throughout. There was a dresser drawer missing. Lamp shades were dated and dusty, one with a burnt bulb. There was a TV bracket on the wall for a tv that wasn‘t there; they replaced it with a small one on the dresser. No coffee maker, in-room phone or battery in the smoke alarm. Very dated restroom with a door that was……

“The staff are really welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and our room was very spacious. The breakfast, included, was great with lots of healthy options for grown-ups and kids. The pool space was nicely heated although the pool was a bit cold for my kids (it is the middle of winter now...). The hotel is conveniently only 25 min from skiing slopes. Overall, great experience. We would come back to this hotel! ”
