“Upon arrival, the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly! He proved to be very helpful with other items throughout our stay, including helping us to switch to a new room when our air conditioning wasn't working. The hotel is certainly outdated and could use a good deep clean and updating. The view was gorgeous overlooking the river! All in all, it got us close enough to the concert (Country Thunder) without the overpriced price tag, which is what we wanted and knew we were getting.”

“We checked in around 10pm and got the last open room. We booked the 2 queens with a sofa bed. The room wasn’t terribly dirty, but some spots on mirrors, food splatters (I hope) on walls, and bath mat already in the floor and had holes in it. We had to ask for linens for the sofa bed because there weren’t any in the room. No big deal. But once we pulled the cushions off the couch the bed part was covered in white mold/mildew.”

“I wasn't very impressed by this hotel, and my standards aren't very high to begin with. I just want to be able to relax and feel comfortable in the room that I'm staying in. Shouldn't be too difficult. The bathroom had a used bar of soap in it that had hair on it and that was disgusting. All the finishes in the room were beaten up, like scratched and dented. “Upon arrival, I waited about 10 minutes for someone to come to front desk as they were away. I would hope someone was there at all times. The elevator doesn’t have a pleasant smell nor was their any type of ventilation in the elevator cart. The bathroom in our room didn’t have any hand soap to wash hands. I did noticed the lamps by bedside a bit dusty, maybe they can remember to dust or wipe down there as well. Pillows were small seemed more like decorative pillows. One bed sheet looked……
