"Moon Palace was amazing. Our family had a great stay. The pool and beach were amazing. We went deep sea fishing and had a great time except for the 10 foot waves. This is a great resort and highly recommend it to everyone. We will definitely return for another spring break trip. "

"For a huge, inclusive property, it was great. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Grand section over the other two (Sunrise/Nizuk). It’s newer, better restaurants, beach, etc. workout facility is great and so are pools. "

"I was really disappointed with our stay at hotel tequila. We stayed there 3 years ago and it was lovely. When we arrived it took us banging at the wooden gate and calling the hotel 3 times before some came opened the gate so our cab driver could drop us off. The room was clean, but the bed was very uncomfortable. We paid for breakfast, but there was nothing that my husband would eat. He asked if they just had some toast and maybe some sausage that wasnt mixed with the egg, and said yes but it would be extra. The pool and the grounds were very unkempt. I will be choosing another location next time im traveling to cancun "

"Very good resort and stay for their rates Huge area Various amenities Nice pools Not that great beach, although very accessible, but needs a lot of work, NO CLEAR WATER!! Many restaurants and options, food is fine, Cancun quality anyway! Best option if you are traveling through expedia, you will get all the perks your are promised and for free. Brenda (supervisor) at check in and check out, was the best ever!!!!"

"Very bad experience at this hotel. I was honestly ready to leave after the first night. The front desk was not helpful at all and didn’t try to solve anything. Worst customer service I’ve experienced ! it didn’t feel like a Hilton-level hotel at all. The pool area was also disappointing. Umbrellas couldn’t be opened, so there was no shade, and the water was very cold. Overall, a really poor stay. I would not recommend this place. Never."
