"Lots of options for break/lunch/dinner. Restaurants were fantastic! Italian/TexMex/Agavei my favs. That is the only highlight, to be honest. Beach is not swimable. Didn't get to visit the breakfast buffets as I prefer my room in the AM, but room service was absolutely horrible.The personal (the one the speaks good english) very impatient, to the point of rude and dismissive. I upgraded to Diamond, and wasn't worth it at all. No additional benefit desipite what i paid for. $$$ Didnt get the "butler service", or any benefits aside from pool access. Room smelled of mold. I really wanted to love this resort, but just was NOT worth the money. Rm 9223 03/31-04/03. "

"The hotel structure is really good, food is amazing. The staff works really hard trying to be as efficient as they can but they are only humans. The hotel was full and clearly the staff wasn’t enough for the amount of people staying there. The hotel is gigantic and being a line makes it difficult to walk to everything, it’s a long walk even for adults. The beach is terrible, you can’t call that a beach, looks and feels more like a swamp. The kids club is nice and full of activities, as well as the activities at the pool. Scheduling everything was hard, we were in a big group so our reservations for dinner were always late night even when we scheduled it before arriving. The inflatable you had t stay in line for half an hour before opening if you wanted a spot. Our concierge, Sam made everything happen to us if it wasn’t for her we wouldn’t be able to get dinner reservations, pool cabanas and so on. Drinks were good but the service at the family pool was slow since the hotel was packed. We waited 2 hours for food one of the days. We wouldn’t come back, it felt overwhelming for us bc of the amount of people, the constant long distance walkings the long waiting at the bars. our style of family vacation is more on smaller resorts. "

"Wonderful hotel we stayed one night , the staff was very helpful and the rooms were super quiet . Loved it and would go back . Sometimes the traffic to get to the airport early morning is very hard so staying at the Hilton is what I will do in the future . 💫"

"I was able to get checked in early. They booked my shuttle to airport and didn’t stress over it. Clean beautiful room. "

"Rooms very clean. Breakfast to be desired. Got there at 7:30am. There were no scrambled eggs, no bread, no plates. Bacon and or sausages would have been nice, but not offered."

"Ideal hotel for families. The best and most outstanding feature is the food, with a large number of restaurants and a high standard. The evening entertainment is also excellent. Most guests are from the USA and Canada (which made it difficult for our son, who only speaks Spanish, to play with other children). Areas for improvement: cleaning the sargassum seaweed on the beach and having a pool with warm water."
