Hotel has signs of wear and needs upgrades. Headboard was all scratched and stains on bed sheets. Bathroom was unusually small, especially compared to the size of the room. Bathtub with shower curtain felt dated. Excellent location for concert with easily accessible and affordable parking. Staff courteous but stopped helping me mid check-in to tend to another guest which was annoying.

We recently stayed at OKANA Resort and overall had a good experience. The pool was definitely a highlight the temperature was perfect and made it really enjoyable to relax and spend time there. The food prices were reasonable for a resort, which we appreciated. We do wish the app had a bit more information about daily activities. One issue we experienced was with housekeeping essentials; we arrived to empty body wash, conditioner, and shampoo, and although we were told we were on a rush priority list after calling, it took over an hour to receive them. We ultimately had to ask a housekeeper directly to get what we needed. Parking was somewhat challenging if you don’t pay for the garage parking space. Uncovered parking is not too bad when the weather is nice the walk is not bad, but when the weather is cold and windy you can second guess not paying for the covered parking. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
