“Fue mucho más que terrible hospedarme en esa propiedad; el personal fue muy grosero y la habitación estaba sucia; la estancia fue de 11 días y solo 1 día hicieron el aseo y solo por decir que lo hicieron por qué no barrieron solo tendieron las camas y cambiaron de toallas. y cambio de toallas; si querías toallas limpias y papel higiénico tenías que ir a recepción por ellas y en horario específico; las habitaciones y el baño estaban en malas condiciones el baño tenía moho; el microondas estaba……

“When we got to the Knights Inn we could barely understand the man hiding behind the tiny window when we got the key to the room we went to inspect it it was absolutely filthy there was dried blood on the sheets the bedspreads are absolutely disgusting the whole room was disgusting we went back to check out and the man told me you've already paid for it you've got to contact Expedia I would like to talk to somebody about that I would never recommend this place to anyone it was horrible”

“My wife and I chose the red roof inn because of proximity to an event, price, and because of reviews suggesting that under the new management it as an decent stay. First it’s important to note that we were greeted by a very friendly desk clerk that was happy to check us in and did so efficiently. The entry and front desk clearly were clearly not in a functional lobby in as much as it was a window through which the transition took place. Definitely did not impart any real feeling that this hotel……
