Was fast checking in, even got a lower price than booked. Area isn’t to shady. Room was good. Was a puddle of water at the foot of the mini fridge, the work “Fuc*” carved into the ceiling and the smoke detector was pulled from the ceiling. But air conditioning worked on this hot day. The bed was clean and comfortable for my one night stay. So not to bad hotel experience.
Overall it was an awesome overniy stay I didn't expect the room to be this nice.. The spa tub was a decent size for two..The staff was polite and helpful.. I will definitely come again!!!

The receptionist might have been tired I don’t know but her attitude was a bit dry and un hospitable overall property is Very clean and the standard rooms are up to date and nice for decent prices as well
What I liked about the property is it was close to everything you may possibly need. Grocery store, liquor store, and reatraunts surrounding the place. The room it's self was dirty, the floors looked like someone had pissed on them, hot Cheetos all over the ground, the bed frame and tub had stains all over it. I honestly couldn't trust sitting on the toilet. I thought I was gonna catch gonahrea. I'm surprised the sheets were clean.. basically bring your own sheets, bleach, a broom and whatever else you need to clean cause this place was a dump. 100$ wasn't even worth the room. If your looking for a bust down spot this is it.
I've stayed at Luxe Inn & Suites before. The first time, the staff was friendly, competent, and I knew what I was getting into. The building is old and its a cheap hotel that even has hourly prices, so expectations weren't high. However, the last TWO TIMES we've arranged stays with the Luxe, we were met by an overweight man who treated us like we were an inconvenience to him for existing. When I approached the window, he didn't even get off his cell phone until I had finished talking. He wasn't working, he was just checking messages. He didn't even bother looking up our reservation he just kept repeating, "You'll have to make a new reservation, and reserved rooms arent available until 2pm next day" which didnt help me at all, I was there to get a room for THAT NIGHT. I came to get a room, if you can't help me with that, give your job up to someone who will. I just dont understand why people like this even have a job. Luxe is a great place when the Hotel Staff isn't disrespectful.
This wasn’t too horrible of a hotel, yet it was dirty and unkept grounds and trash all over the business, broken door locks each or had a lock and latch which most rooms only had one of the two working. There were cigarette burns on blankets and sheets there were noises and people hanging around right across the street all night. It’s just in a bad area and the rooms were pretty shabby and so was the bedding. The online add displays clean rooms with either the dancing pole and chair or the pole and tub or the chair and the tub yet the rooms only had 1 after changing rooms three times to get one with both or all three. I asked the attendant and that wasn’t hell the rooms were they only had one. Sometimes you can get a room at two of the items. There are signs for a lingerie store that no longer exist. It’s just a sign that’s up on a wall. It was what it was for a quick stay yet if you ever go here take your register weapons for protection anything could’ve happened when we were there pretty unsafe and less than clean place. We saw housekeeping and spoke with her about towels. She offered us towels, but she didn’t give them to us so we don’t know what happened. We had to ask someone the next day or later that day whatever happened because no one clean the room no one did anything.
It was cool first room I couldn’t get in had to go back and forth in the cold 8 times before she switched the room the bathroom was ugly so I didn’t use it
