“I chose this place because of proximity to Brady Music Hall and Great American Stadium. Both were about a 25 minute walk across the Ohio River on a suspension bridge. I found some nice restaurants all in walking distance. Vicky and Doug were never more than a message away with great suggestions about local food and entertainment. Place was thoughtfully decorated and well maintained. Although it was on street parking only, I never had an issue finding parking right in front of the place. ...

“Lots of room to unwind and refresh. Close to downtown and highways. Well equipped and updated. Appreciated the hospitable gestures of drinks in fridge, etc. and convenience of laundry room. On a kinda busy street, but noise minimal and parking readily available at nearby side street. ”

“ House was a wonderful mix of old architecture that has been remodeled. We had planned for seven guests but only two of us end up being able to come. Therefore, we did not use all the rooms and features. House was well stocked with everything you need. Air conditioner was more than adequate. “Older Clifton home but super close to the University of Cincinnati! Mark was quick to respond and the house was very clean! Gayle did a great job prepping the home and we walked in with it smelling great! Would have been tricky with a house full to capacity with only 2 bathrooms and a small kitchen but it was perfect for our family to get together for my daughter’s graduation! Thank you for letting us stay in your home! I would definitely rent again! ”

“The location of the house was perfect for our vacation to Cincinnati. There is so much to do for families in the Cincinnati and northern Kentucky area. I would highly recommend this property if you don’t want to stay in downtown Cincinnati, but yet be close enough for all the attractions.”
