The place always is a very cozy and calm, nice to be relax and get out of the daily rush with family. But, I had been there for 4 times and only once the pool restaurant was open. The only option to "buy" something to drink or to eat is practically from outside or the reception that they don't have much selection for drinks and practically nothing to eat during the day. And even they don't have practically nothing they keep their sings all over the place that "outside food or drinks aren't allowed" on the pool area and open spaces, they don't offer options and not allowed (on papaer) bring your own...but no one hasld tell me nothing in all of these years. For the rest, is a prefect place and even with that I will return again soon.

Good location, nice place, clean, looks the sana as pictured. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and casino. Doesn’t have pool.

If you’re not staying in the suite- the room is a literal small one bedroom with very little space but if your not planing to stay in- you’ll be fine there is no tv in the room- so dont bank on that for your evening or else you’ll be string at all fours walls. Otherwise the staff and location was wondrous- we saw nice animals all over and it was delightful otherwise- no worry for parking or breakfast - pantry stocked- beach chair available- sunscreen bug spray and more but we came prepared

I loved this property. I felt very welcome and it was a quiet, cool, little home away from home. It was in the middle of Viejo San Juan so everything needed was close by. Grocery store was across the street plus restaurants and bars were all within walking distance. Also museums and the historic El Morro was a 13 minute walk and Castillo San Cristobal was 5. I'm glad I chose this property... However, do not expect perfection, this building is very old and so are the buildings around it so there was an issue with ... roaches. Also I was given multiple instructions to get into the property so when i couldnt get in late at night I had my Lyft driver speak to the property manager (Magaly) and translate the right instructions. Bright side Magaly did answer the phone eventhough it was late and I was in my room in no time.
