“Suggestion: provide shampoo, conditioner & body wash.The shower was the only part of the apartment that needed some work - there has been an obvious leak in the ceiling right above.The rest of the apartment was great and we really enjoyed our trip”

“This was mine and my husband’s second time staying here! Jeff is a wonderful host! The weather was nasty with the temps dropping super low and Jeff was so accommodating, making sure we were nice and cozy. We actually extended our trip a day longer than planned and just hung out in our apartment, under the fur blanket, watching movies, and letting the snow melt away for our travels. We have close friends in the area, so we will be back and I won’t look anywhere else to stay except here! ”

“My son and I were in Cincinnati looking at a couple of colleges and sort of picked a few hotel rooms based on nothing more than price and location. For our Xavier visit we saw this room was priced right and it was a unique looking space that was more than just a room with a couple of beds in it so I booked it. Booking was easy and the owners of the property were very attentive. They sent instructions on how to check in and offered recs for food and whatever to help our stay be the best it could...

“Maybe I missed it, but it took awhile to figure out the TV. No remote we could find so streamed everything from phones. Not a huge deal, maybe missed it.”

“Lil rough around the edges but unit was clean, smelled good, bed had no bugs, unit had no bugs! I would 100 stay here again- gym was very equipped! Taco Bell is a calling distance and I mean like 2 second walk. Bed was actuallly comfortable too, also more than 1 pillow. ”
