"The check in process was terrible there was a line of people. Only one worker and almost everytime a new person checked in he had to run to see if the room was ready. This made it a very frustrating process. If check in is 4 pm why would there only be one person taking on an influx of people? Keonte at the bar was the high light of our stay. Very funny laid back guy. He handled the rude people well. While his bar partner Mark wandered around talking and not helping make drinks one bit. Also the omlets are to die for!"

"The property was undergoing some renovation. The elevators were new and going through some growing pains. Other than that, I cannot say enough good things about the Westin Cincinnati."

"Staff was nice but called several times to ask if they could pick up my signed check for room service. I explained I was on a zoom meeting and would leave it outside. Then instead of coming to grab it, they called again. Not a huge deal but really unnecessary and disruptive. Also disregarded the DND sign the next day when housekeeping came. Nice place. I’d go again but they could do better"
