When all the Miami hotels are full, this is our go-to spot. Nice size rooms, clean and service is always excellent.

Liked the character of the property. Room was HUGE compared to most hotels. Enjoyed the river view. Wasn’t able to make use of the fitness center, but it is an awesome perk that comes with the room.

The house is immaculate. Plenty of sleeping room, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The garage is a game room with ping pong and so much more. Foosball in the basement that our family played daily. Overall a great place to stay!

Very well kept and extremely nice property and loction

The hotel is not near the highway, so it was much quieter than one would expect. We have a service dog, but we recieved the same sparkling clean, nicely appointed room that anyone would get. My absolutely favorite amenity was the laundry (we had been traveling for almost a week) -- spotlessly clean and the machines worked perfectly.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was perfect for us. The little bit of extra space and kitchenette was very helpful for our long weekend. The hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious. Not a ton of choices, but even the picky eater was able to find something. The pool was clean, but a little chilly. We appreciated the outdoor sitting area for some down time. Expedia did a horrible job on this but the staff at the hotel Were excellent. I would stay there again but I will not use Expedia ever again. I waited over an hour to get my room because of Expedia’s in ability to do their job correctly. The stafff at the hotel did everything they could to make our stay great. Expedia still owes me a refund that they have refused to return and charged my card 3 times for one night. Expedia sucks, hotel and staff are great!

Beautiful rooms, restaurant, and bar. An absolutely gorgeous building and public spaces for guests. Friendly and helpful staff made luxury easy, and accessible to even the most simplest of travelers on a brilliant and welcoming level.

Great place to stay. You not only get a free breakfast, but basically dinner. They call it a snack, but it was enough for dinner. You also get three alcoholic drinks each night of your stay during the evening “snack.” The rooms were clean and quiet. We did have a problem with our shower the first night, but it was fixed immediately. Will definitely stay here again.

Immaculate facility, comfortable, spacious, friendly absolutely loved this hotel! Also you will NEVER find a better breakfast included at a hotel anywhere in the US. We are traveling a lot over the next few months and I am trying to find another Residence to say in because this one was so great! Also a warm pool and a nice gym didn't hurt either! Location was wonderful for our family as well, we arrived tired and ended up walking across the parking lot for dinner. So easy!

Excellent place to stay. VERY clean!

Stayed here for Miami University's graduation. A little far out from there but in a great area with restaurant choices and fast food for breakfast. Didn't choose the breakfast buffet for $10/person, so not sure on that. Hotel bar was nice. Large room had fridge and microwave. I'll stay again if in the area.

This property was nicely located within walking distance of shopping and eateries. It was the cleanliness hotel I have stayed in for the 11 months I have traveled in 2015.
