"This place has amazing views of the city, and the host was awesome, very responsive! This was close to the aquarium, riverboats and TQL stadium for our itinerary, convenient location. However, the street parking is limited for large vehicles or multiple vehicles in a family. The 3rd bedroom is open adjacent to the dining room and living room. It worked well for our family, who are accustomed to waking at the same time. Overall, we had a great family getaway weekend!"

"This place was fantastic! Great location and there are plenty of restaurants and stores to walk to. There is a park for kids just across the street. It is on top of a Mexican restaurant and has an ice cream shop just next door. You park in the back or on the street in front and the door is to the side if the Mexican restaurant and is completely safe. "This loft was perfect for our stay (we had a family of four, including two small children). The apartment is located on the main commercial street in Newport. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance, even on the same block. Grocery stores and more shopping and dining are a five minute drive. Even though it’s an old building and on the third floor the A/C worked well in the middle of summer so we didn’t feel hot. Also had parking in back. Only drawbacks (slight ones) are steep stairs...
