“The house was good.. and the neighborhood was great. Its was quiet, and everything was a short distance away. The pictures on the posting should be updated but the house was clean and definitely met our needs. The hot water pressure and beds were great after a long day.The only concern I had was that theres a decent amount of damage on the boards in the backyard deck so i definitely would not leave the kids unsupervised outside. ”

“The listing stated the property was immaculately clean and it most certainly was not! Upon entry, we were met with a terrible smell! The floors were filthy, there were holes in the walls, and the vents and returns were covered in dirt. We had to go to the store to get cleaning products and sprays, sheets, towels, and slippers to try and make it stay able. “A group of 19 of us enjoyed family time at Watershed! It is in a great location, close to Loveland and shopping, yet you are surrounded by the river and woods. The 2 separate houses were helpful for our large group. The older cabin does have a bit of a cabin odor.
