Told the place was closing at 6pm, but no one was there at 5:50 when we arrived, but could access the room. Dinner booked on line was then not available as the staff had left for the day - no notice of this 😡 until someone rang to see what time we were arriving. Breakfast was not well organised and the earliest time had been changed to 9:00am - it was 9:45 before we were served due to the queueing system and residents not being served first. We were then charged for a breakfast which was included in our booking as room numbers were not asked for. Might stop again if certain small issues were addressed. We await refund for the breakfast…..

Had a great stay at the Olde Bell. The room was clean and full of character. Staff excellent. One thing I would suggest is better quality pillows, they were not great, but the bed was good. The restaurant was really good. Breakfast in the morning was good value

Definitely the staff on reception! We were checked in by a lovely lady whose name I didn’t get and checked out by Dom! Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and great with the kids. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
