Staff was nice! The room was a bit dirty, one of the rooms had something like sugar or salt under the glass part of a table that just wasn’t cleaned up. It seemed like the only thing regularly cleaned was the bed which was nice. The parking is terrible, the place they say they is the wrong address!!! I would choose a better option if i was staying in SF again.

Suite was roomy and nice, comfortable bed and the heaters work well. Nice environment on the grounds with the sanctuary area and pool and hot tub.
