“Waiting for elevators took ages. Asked for house keeping at 8am, no one came to clean when I went back at 2:30 pm. Had to go down to concierge to ask for housekeeping as the call to concierge was on hold for more than 5 minutes. The concierge staff called house keeping in front of me and gave me a dirty look saying loudly to the housekeeper that the customer is complaining.”

“Visited for our wedding night and another night and staff she does incredibly well and left a very sweet romantic surprise in our room. Tiny room but well organized although could use a tiny more storage space. Overall all amazing.”

“Despite sending formal emails requesting a refund, I have received no response from the hotel. My stay was extremely disappointing. I felt unsafe due to concerns with the door locking system. There was also a strong smell of smoke throughout the property, which gave me a headache, and the accommodation fell significantly below what was advertised. The conditions were so poor that I had to arrange alternative accommodation at short notice shortly after arriving. I contacted the hotel directly……

“The design of the hotel and the amenities offered were great. However, once the HIDDEN charges showed up on the bill, we were totally surprised. An additional $30 plus per day of service charges were added up, such as those infamous "resort fee"....It was definitely not a resort experience. There wasn't even a coffee maker in the room :) For a three night stay, we ended up paying an additional $100+ for what was initially agreed.”
