“We came by rail. The choice of food was perfect. A smaller kettle would have been an advantage - to fit better under the tap. Also a larger coffee pot, so that it contained a 'top up'. One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Thankyou.”

“This was a stopping of point for our journey from Scotland down to Cornwall, meeting relatives on the way. Hadn't planned on eating in Mullions but turned out to be a good choice. Food was excetionally good and great value for the money. The staff were friendly and attentive. Being a pub, there was a bit of noise in the rooms, but not more than could be expected when booking rooms associated with a pub. The rooms were clean and had large bathrooms. “Booked as got stuck on the A303, nice staff, great breakfast and hard to argue with the price. My only minor criticism is being 6’3 the light they’d fitted to the single room was basically at face height so I cracked my head a couple of times getting in and out of bed.
