“Great place to stay, amenities are great for families and small children. This is a rather large complex, has a lazy river, 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, right on the beach, walking distance to restaurants, an onsite tiki bar with food and drinks by the pool. Boardwalk to the beach, great parking deck, security and beautiful grounds. The unit itself stocked with great towels, furniture and everything you will need. Definitely would recommend.”

“We absolutely loved this condo! Being on the first floor with direct beach access was a total game changer. No stairs, no hassle, just walk right out to the sand. The place was super clean, comfy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The bed was super comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, and you can tell the owners really care about keeping it nice for guests. This was our 3rd stay and we will definitely be back again. ”

“Condo was nice. Best part was location.Appliances and utensils were very old.Ice maker did not work and host did not offer to fix it, instead gave directions to a convenience store. I’ve stayed in vrbo’s before with the same issue and the host always had it fixed within a day. Also, the cleaning service didn’t bother to dust or really clean the place. “The property was cute and right on the docks. You could watch the herons fishing. The walk to the private beach wasn’t far and the beach was gorgeous. I appreciated the good communication and clear directions from the host. The larger bathroom closet smelled like mildew. It shares a wall with the shower - not sure how you could avoid that. “We stayed here over Christmas while visiting family in the area. The unit was dirty upon arrival. The floors and hard surfaced had not been cleaned. Some dishes were put away dirty. The dishwasher had black mold inside and would not be useful in cleaning dishes. We brought this to the property managers attention and they offered to bring a crew in on Christmas Eve to clean but we would of had to pack up our belongings and then unpack again once cleaned. “We have stayed at the Island Sands Condo’s each time we’ve visited Ft Walton Beach. Comfortable room, well stocked kitchen, and a magnificent view of the beach and ocean. The beach service is a plus too.”
