“There was no water at the property when we reached, we were there for 1 night, and there was no water in any sinks or the bathrooms. The host wasn’t able to provide any help for this, even after promising that someone would come to fix it 2 hours before our checkout, no one showed up! The communication was a nightmare, the host also denied a refund for this experience. The place is beautiful but our group had a really bad experience and no help or compensation from the host made it even worse.”

“This is a new property. The room was very clean and spacious. They had cute decorations and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were so helpful, carried our luggage to our room as there is not an elevator. Staff also helped us with finding transportation. Loved this space. ”
