Our stay was wonderful. Room was very cleaned, staff really helpful. The only thing missing in this 4 star hotel is a kettle in every room with assorted tea and coffee plus a welcome bottle of water in every room especially in summer. Rooms are a bit noisy and although beds are amazing and comfortable the noises make the sleep difficult. It would be good to look at new insulation in every room.

Clean room friendly staff nice rooftop pool. Not the best bed

I spent 3 nights and 4 days at the hotel at the end of June. On arrival check in was quick and Paco was friendly. Our room was on the 4th floor with a balcony overlooking the pool. 2 single beds, the room was spacious, bathroom was clean and tidy & the air con was excellent. The only negative I have, and that others often comment on is the noise. The main road is loud, the walls are very thin and on the first night we didn’t sleep from other guest noise. A rowdy Spanish family that gladly left the following day. The hotel is within walking distance to the beach, tapas alley, shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. Location wise, it’s perfect. The breakfast is lovely and the facilities are clean and tidy. The staff work very hard at this hotel and I’d stay again but I’d bring ear plugs.
