“Everything!! Ease in booking, notification of needed documents since this is a non-front desk or management office on the premises. This unit was clean and well equipped with needed items to make our stay comfortable. Great Location! Near downtown Jensen Beach with shops, restaurants, grocery stores and fishing pier. Best of all, you can't bet the pricing for the area. This will be my stay to place every time I'm in the area. ”

“Best place ever! From easy check-in/out to a wonderful well-stocked (pots, pans, utensils, etc.) kitchen to comfortable furniture, this is a great place to stay. Hosts were absolutely wonderful. They even bought a high-chair for the unit when we mentioned our 20-month-old grandson would be visiting us. Great pool area and beautiful views of the Indian River Lagoon. A nice balcony and patio area with everything we needed to have fun. Close to downtown area, grocery store, and nice restaurants.……

“Great place, very spacious and perfect for our needs! Stayed here with my wedding party during my wedding, there was a nice porch area in the front and in the back was a small yard. This is in a duplex so parking was a little limited for multiple vehicles but otherwise, unit was very spacious, clean and comfortable. ”

“Our stay was great. The interior of the house was beautiful and clean. The exterior was in very bad shape. Looks nothing like the pictures. The roof has a tarp on it and a lot of junk in the yard. It really needs to be cleaned up.”

“We had a great stay at this apartment. It was very clean, and the grounds were well kept, which made for a pleasant and relaxing environment. “We came here for a little vacay and was amazing! Front desk at the check in was friendly and very helpful. We have a unit wit a full ocean view. The apartment was fully equipped, the master bedroom bed was OUTSTANDING.
We had Aldi's at 9min drive, the beach was beautiful and clean. We're not friends to the pool, so we didn't visit.
We also love to see a lot of little rabbits in the green area”

“It was extremely hot and humid the weekend we stayed. The thermostat was locked and we asked to have the air conditioning turned up at night. It was very uncomfortable at night to sleep despite the fact that we asked to adjust the AC.
There are only 3 parking spots available at the property and two guest spots. Renting a house with 5 bedrooms may require more than 3 spots available. The guest spots were rarely open.”

“I came in town with family to attend a graduation. The cottage was clean and outfitted with everything we needed to enjoy the beach and make meals at the house. The beds were very comfortable. The host was super responsive when we had questions. The neighborhood was quiet and so convenient to walk across the street to the beautiful beach. ”

“Had a great time, location was amazing, definitely pay for the golf cart! We loved our stay, access to two pools, one right on the beach, plus kiddie pool, two hot tubs, everyone was very nice. Jet ski and boat rentals available right on the island , along with a restaurant and small store with essentials. Host was great and very attentive. If you bring a dog make sure you have vaccination records, No issues, we loved it! ”
