Our standard time for check-out is 11 AM. We of course are flexible for our guests and will always do our best to arrange your arrival/departure depending on your own schedule. Nevertheless we remain dependent on other reservations before or after your stay, and must ensure the villa is in perfect conditions for the next guests. ELECTRICITY WATER CONSUMPTION Electricity water consumption are excluded from your reservation fee and will be charged separately at the end of your stay. Electricity consumption is calculated and based on electric meter (at check-in check-out). The electricity cost is 7.5 THB per unit. Total amount for electricity consumption is calculated charged at your check-out. Water consumption is based on a daily fee of 200 THB calculated on the amount of nights for your total stay.
