Nice looking hotel but a bit tired in places.good location.the airport bus 100 is about 5 to 10 minutes walk away.. No kettles in the rooms .they do have a almost hot tap in the bar area .I asked for some hot water when the bar was shut but it was quite hard work to get it .the man in the reception wasn't very willing I say customer service was not high on his list of priorities

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, clean, and very comfortable. The lobby was beautiful, spacious, and created a warm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. One small suggestion for improvement would be the coffee from the breakfast machine, as we didn't find it very good. Offering better-quality coffee would make an already excellent breakfast even better. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The staff was very helpful but the hotel has some disappointing features - the balcony has holes large enough for a 2 year old to go through, the metal bunk beds were missing some back area so could not use the bottom, they started painting the hallway while we were still in the room (on checkout day), we had some ants etc. Did not try the breakfast, not convinced by the smell. The Wine Bar menu was surprisingly good, staff v attentive. World Class gym access is a plus - the gym and pool are great (albeit less so for kids - no actual kids pool, and it’s really an olympic size sports pool). The other coffee bar downstairs had really nice capuccinos and fresh orange juice, and a good working area. All in all the staff went far and beyond - changed our room after the ants and bunk bed adventure, and added an extra mattress for the kids. But the hotel overall has a while to go - half of it seems stuck in 1990s and half of it was fairly modernised but the amenities are not quite there. Nice location, good running / walking grounds, but I would not recommend for going with kids.
