My tv did not work during my stay at the hotel, then when I went to complain about it so they sent maintenance to check it out. The maintenance guy told us that they been getting complaints daily about tv’s not working but they are to cheap to purchase newer up to date tv. But nothing was done WiFi was terrible just all bad!!!

We stayed here to go to Mall of America. And it was close by. The fact they sold there parking lots along with every other hotel in the area is bull. Just another money grab in an already expensive world we live in. Otherwise it was fine.

Very friendly and welcoming staff at the front desk. Exterior and lobby very modern and pretty. Our room, however was disgusting. Upon entering, I went into the bathroom to find dark hairs all over the bathtub and floor. While helping my 5 year old wash her hair that evening (there was no way I was giving her a bath), I reached for a coffee mug to rinse her hair with and noticed it had old coffee in it. The mug next to it was also dirty. We brushed it off and got new mugs delivered shortly after. That evening as we were getting into bed, we noticed the duvet was full of black/brown stains. We looked closer in the light (we have a duvet at home and the feathers often clump together and cast a shadow) however these stains were predominantly along the hemline of the pockets..not feathers. This was our last straw. The young man at the front desk treated us very respectfully and had us move to another room while he swapped out the bedding (at this point it was very late with two young kids in tow). When he returned, he said his mother worked in housekeeping and he had “called her to show her on FaceTime”. I don’t feel this could be assessed accurately via FaceTime. Regardless, for $200 a night, this hotel did not meet our expectations. The hotel said they would refund us but instead sent us 10,000 points that could be redeemed as a free night at any Hyatt hotel. Over a week later and still no word on our refund - Would much rather a refund over spending another night grossed out.

Check in went fast. The staff was very friendly. Glad there were no microwaves in the room, we went to the breakfast area and did all our cooking. 4 young boys would have ruined the carpets. We got a large room 2 beds and a pull out couch. It was so spacious. The pool is deep! I liked the fact there was not a separate bar room, so we could enjoy our drinks while the kids played board games. When we checked out the kids each received a bag of Skittles! They didn't want to leave. Thank you very much.

The reviews for this place is unfair. Staying here just for the night was fantastic! My room was quiet and couldnt hear a single thing out in the hallways. Staff was always super nice to me as well. One of the few hotels ive stayed at where im greeted no matter how many times i come and go. Walkable to the MOA and Ikea. About 30 mins but they also offer shuttle services to the Mall and the airport!!

Enjoyed the breakfast and cleanliness of the property. However, the icemaker was not working on either floor. However, it was fixed by the next day. Staff was very friendly and helpful and great shuttle service staff.
