“Front desk manager likes to shirk responsibility to anyone other than herself. Bathroom door was so warped it wouldn't close. No outlets by the beds worked. Pool was out of service. Won't be back, worst Marriott I've ever stayed in. ”

“In comparison, the room here is very clean, tidy and quiet, and the staff are friendly. This is a satisfactory choice.”

“Pool was to cold but kids swam , thats kids for you tho!”

“The hard wired smoke detector kept beeping. We tried to remedy the issue but the front desk didn't seem to care. I wanted to call the fire department because that is a hazard. Then, the hot tub malfunctioned and was also dirty. Never coming back ”

“I booked the stay from Friday-Sunday and we were in a severe weather warning so for my safety I chose to cancel the booking from Saturday-Sunday to avoid travel issues. I was told by Expedia that they would contact the hotel for a refund waiver and was told the hotel denied it. It doesn’t make sense as to why they would deny me a refund when I didn’t stay the extra night. Just seems like they enjoy stealing peoples money and I would never stay here again for that reason. ”

“This was one of the best hotels that I have stayed at. WIFI worked great. On site restaurant is a big plus for those of us that aren't up to exploring the area. Thank you. ”

“Everything was perfect. The only thing I would add is a microwave in the room. We stayed for 5 nights and at times we could've used a microwave.”

“This is not a hotel I would ever stay in again. This specific location seems to cater to the unhoused, meth heads and makes the property area look like a ghetto of Woodbury. The units aren't very clean and again I would stay here again.”

“Hotel staff were great! The swimming pool however was not. Very green to the point that we didn’t even go in. Kids were disappointed. With the way it was- It should have been closed but was not. Everything else was okay though and overall good stay! ”
