“AC was great!”

“In comparison, the room here is very clean, tidy and quiet, and the staff are friendly. This is a satisfactory choice.”

“So overall, the stay was okay. As far as the comfortability, not so good. The beds were completely uncomfortable. They were so firm, that it felt like you were sleeping on a rock. I couldn't get much sleep, tossed and turned a lot. The rooms air, was so muggy, that me and my baby, literally could smell mildew in the air. It actually felt, suffocating. I had to buy air freshener, just in case I would run into something like that. You see the thing about me, is that I am a clean freak. Last but……

“I booked the stay from Friday-Sunday and we were in a severe weather warning so for my safety I chose to cancel the booking from Saturday-Sunday to avoid travel issues. I was told by Expedia that they would contact the hotel for a refund waiver and was told the hotel denied it. It doesn’t make sense as to why they would deny me a refund when I didn’t stay the extra night. Just seems like they enjoy stealing peoples money and I would never stay here again for that reason. ”

“The only complaint I have is that you have to pay for parking. As far as I can tell, there is no security provided, the parking lot is an open one in what appears to be a suburban environment with no other businesses close by. I have trouble understanding why payment for parking would be required. It's not like they have to prevent non-guests from parking there or as if they provide security for your car.”

“The front desk staff was amazing! She was so helpful. The property was rather clean, but dated. ”

“Could hear next door neighbors through the walls. Disruptive to sleep. Bed sheets didn’t seem fresh. Expedia charged too much, after getting receipt print out direct from hotel, total was $37 less (including all taxes and fees) than what Expedia charged me. ”

“I’m a fan a hotels with character, and this one does it! Right off the bat, you can tell it’s an older hotel that could use some repairs, but the building has lived a full life with many stories. Oh, if those walls could talk! I’m not taking off stars because it’s an older property. I knew that going in. The room was spacious, and clean. The staff were friendly, helpful and just great. I’m also a sucker for a “free” breakfast.”

“Room was clean, comfortable bed. I will be back next time I am in town for business.”

“Not enough parking for its size, no charging ports in rooms (which have been in every hotel I've stayed at in the last decade), hair clog in shower drain, shampoo bottle broken, snack shelves/freezer completely empty except for one single burrito.”

“Hotel staff were great! The swimming pool however was not. Very green to the point that we didn’t even go in. Kids were disappointed. With the way it was- It should have been closed but was not. Everything else was okay though and overall good stay! ”
