“Property is a bit outdated and one tv didn’t work properly”

“Solo traveled for one night as a pass by stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the hotel is in a clean and coastal area with an outlet mall down the road, walmart and the beach. Only 4 stars because the digital lock on the door broke when I was returning at night and locked me out for 30 minutes other than that was super comfortable stay and would do again!”

“The refrigerator was dirty, the microwave was dirty inside (gross), the help had terrible body odor that you could smell more than 6 feet away. Ad mentioned it included breakfast... but it did not. Mattress was meh quality... very much like lightly covered springs. For $10 more I could have stayed at a Marriott, but I try to give local businesses a chance. This time it was a mistake.”

“My only qualm was that there were 7 cleaning staff members in our room sitting when we arrived (we weren’t early for check in) and no one was cleaning our room until they noticed we were sitting there waiting for them lol. They DID clean it very well however and front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating for the rest of our stay!”
