Located at the crossroads of three departments—Allier, Saône-et-Loire, and Loire—in the heart of France between Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and Burgundy, it's the ideal place for family gatherings or get-togethers with friends. Ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining area and living room, fireplace with insert, separate WC, utility room (washing machine). Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 2 shower rooms, separate WC. Mobile phone available upon request. Electric heating, air conditioning, garden (600m²), terrace, courtyard, garden furniture, barbecue, 2 swing sets, sandpit, pétanque court, table tennis. Paray-le-Monial 25 km. Charlieu 25 km. Heating and electricity are the responsibility of the guest and must be paid on-site at the end of your stay. The price includes: towels and tea towels.
