“This was a beautiful new home in Dover. It was extremely clean and we enjoyed our stay. It is on a fairly busy street but you are not able to hear the traffic when inside. We enjoyed our stay!”

“Our group of 6 adults and 1 dog had a fabulous time at Chris's house. We used the firepit and the hot tub, enjoyed eating and grilling outside, played yard games, and appreciated the beach chairs provided. Plenty of kitchen gadgets for cooking our meals as well as extra spices that we hadn't thought to bring. The location was great for us to ride bikes to Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, and several beaches. “This property was perfect for my friend group of 10. We didn’t spend a ton of time inside, but the deck & dock were a huge plus, plenty of room to sit outside & enjoy the lake. The house even came with some kayaks to take out & the option to use fire pits, grills & bikes across the street. The host was very accommodating when we were having an issue with the AC. We did bring a couple of air mattresses instead of using the futon. The futon is only big enough for 1 person, or maybe 2 kids. Would……
