It's a new property, still under construction, but was a very nice apartment for a good price in Duluth

It’s in a neat old building that has columns going through each room it was once a warehouse built in 1909 really quiet an additional safety feature is that you must have your room key to use the elevators had some food options close by room was clean and the give you a parking pass to park across the street busy area

What a great location and service. The staff were great.
