“Pool and bar were both closed without warning prior to booking.”

“It was very deceptive. It was a little ruined down, but didnt expect what I was about to sleep in. Got into the room and it was almost cleaned thoroughly, more deception. Laid down due to being tired from driving 14 hours. I woke up around midnight and was about to put my feet on the floor and their were bugs of all different sizes, running all over the floor and then looked at the counters and walls, it was a devastating moment of invasion of cockroaches of all sizes and they were……

“The entire place has a cloying smell that lingers on your clothes and personal things, it makes it very hard to breathe when you have asthma. The heater/air conditioner was really loud and pretty much woke you up every time it kicked on, needless to say you didn't get a whole lot of sleep because every hour to hour and a half you were woken up by the noise. The coffee is not the best but a Scooter's is close by so we went there. The breakfast that was offered I could not eat any of it as I am……

“Great location near Lambeau Field. Excellent restaurant on site (breakfast for purchase). Very polite and helpful staff. Clean room. Soft bed. Good parking. Decent size room. Clean bathroom. Did appreciate the wake-up call the morning we left. No drawers for storage. They missed cleaning our room & changing towels 2 days of our 6 night stay. Would stay there again.”

“We stayed overnight in a themed room. I brought energy drinks with me because I like to drink them in the morning when I'm on vacation. We were staying for a night. The refrigerator in our room was not working. I told the man tending the front desk. He responded in a passive aggressive manner that he would have maintenance attend to it right away in the morning, knowing good and well that we would be gone in the morning. Before I went to the front desk, I attempted to use the ice machine. I……

“The hotel and room were very nice, especially for the price point. There was a dampness that was a bit distracting. And the pool smell was quite stroing in the public areas. The breakfast would have been better f there was toast as well as bagels. The pool was supposed to be heated but I think it may have been off. The night audtior went above and beyond to get my son a glass of milk to go with his cookies he bought.”

“When I checked in the young man said all of my information out loud.. I tried to educate him as to why you wouldn’t do that with a solo traveler. Then he continued to do it again right after. When I got into my room, it was dirty, but I always bring Lysol wipes and soap so I cleaned the tub the sink wiped down all the surfaces, etc.. The one lady tried to be helpful and was very nice and the pool was really nice but other than that I’m still waiting for my $50 hold that I was told I would get……
