Muy bien pero se rompió el aire acondicionado
Todo genial, pero el aire se estropeó a mitad de nuestra estancia y no lo arreglaron. En una habitación sin ventanas, es horrible estar sin aire 3 noches. Insistimos pero no se arregló el aire.

Eu recomendo esse hotel para casais 😁
Foi uma ótima opção este hotel. Fica próximo da estação Adalgate o que facilitou muito para se locomover com o Underground e outros transportes públicos. Chegamos por volta das 12:30pm no dia 24/dez e eles ja nos deixaram fazer check-in. Achei isso fantástico! Deixamos as malas no quarto, nos trocamos e ja fomos explorar Londres! TODO MUNDO, sem exceção, que trabalha no hotel, é extremamente educado e atencioso! Nós tomamos café da manha somente 1 dia no hotel, custa £15,00/pessoa mas tem bastante opção, ate para vegetarianos e veganos! Eles tambem deixaram a gente fazer late check-out sem custo adicional! Eu recomendo esse hotel! Muito bom! Pontos que talvez possa ser negativo para algumas pessoas: o quarto é pequeno, não tem muito lugar para guardar as roupas, então deixamos tudo na mala. No banheiro não tem tomada, então tem que usar a tomada do quarto caso você precise usar babyliss ou chapinha. Leve adaptador porque eles nao tem.

El hotel es de diseño, poco convencional, la recepción se hace mediante un IP, y todo esta pensado para que sea automatizado. quizás la habitación resulte un poco pequeña.

Ya habíamos estado varias veces en este hotel y nos gusta bastante, aunque esta vez no lo hemos disfrutado tanto. Nos dieron una habitación que daba a la parte trasera y parecía más tranquila, pero fue todo lo contrario, un ruido durante toda la noche que hasta con tapones se oía (tráfico y como máquinas de aire ). Por otro lado siempre nos ha encantado el desayuno pero esta vez no había mucha variedad y fue un poco decepcionante, quizás porque lo esperábamos como en las otras veces. Aún así lo recomiendo totalmente.

Excelente atención y servicio
La habitación estaba muy comoda y todo super limpio, el desayuno bufette está muy bueno. Desde que llegamos el personal del hotel fue muy amable con nosotros, en todo momento nos ayudaron super bien con todo. Aunque está un poco retirado de las areas mas turisticas hay facil acceso al metro y hay rutas de bus pasan a media cuadra, tamíén está cerca de la estación Liverpool

Perfecta estancia en Londres
Hotel muy bien ubicado , estación de metro muy cerca y muy bien comunicada . En la zona diferentes restaurantes y el en el hotel tienen una cocina bastante agradable , con buenos productos y muy buena relación calidad precio . Si hubiera que ponerle una pega ,el desayuno las cosas calientes no entran en el Precio de la habitación , no obstante el bufete era bastante variado ...: frutas , Bolleria , mermeladas , yogures algo de embutido etc... Los platos calientes como digo no tenían un coste , pero hacen un hueco benedit ....muy buenos ... Seguramente la próxima vez que vaya a Londres me alojaré en este mismo hotel . Punto importante el personal del hotel es súper atento y y siempre están dispuestos a resolver cualquier duda que tengas . Muchas gracias

Hotel muy agradable y cerca del London Bridge
Es un hotel muy cómodo, con habitaciones amplias y muy limpio. El personal muy agadable, el que nos atendió al llegar hablaba español. El hotel esta muy cerca del London Bridge y de la Catedral de Saint Paul. Y sino tienes el metro muy cerca. Lo único que no me gustó es que para colgar la ropa solo había un perchero algo incómodo. Pero en general, es un muy buen hotel a buen precio.

Albergo molto carino, moderno con arredi in materiale reciclato. Colazione ottima. Posizione molto comoda a pochi passi dalla Metropolitana. Unico lato negativo la cena, non per quanto riguarda il cibo che anzi consiglio perchè ottimo ma per il servizio veramente pessimo: abbiamo aspettato più di un'ora con dei bambini per vedere soddisfatto il nostro ordine, non avevano a disposizione bevande come coca cola o altro e invece di una limonata mi hanno servito della soda con del limone (ci siamo sentiti presi in giro). Purtroppo questo punto a sfavore non mi dà modo di consigliarlo appieno. Peccato.

Ich bin nur für eine Nacht geblieben und habe auch nicht dort gegessen- dazu also keine Bewertung. Das Hotel bietet einen Self-Check in an, aber der hatte nicht funktioniert. Das Personal war aber sehr freundlich, Gepäck abgeben an an- und abreisetag ging problemlos. Die Lobby ist schön und freundlich eingerichtet, das Zimmer selber hat mir persönlich von der Einrichtung her weniger gefallen, obwohl die Idee des Recyclings schön ist. Aber irgendwie nicht so umgesetzt, dass es einen Gemütlichkeitsfaktor hat. Man bekommt jedoch was man online sieht- also keine böse Überraschung. Das Hotel ist aber sauber, recht zentral gelegen , mit gutem Restaurants und Tube direkt in der Nähe- dafür was der Preis für Londoner Verhältnisse in Ordnung! Was mich gestört hat war der Lärm sehr früh morgens und die hellhörigkeit. Hatte jedoch auch ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss zum Hof, wo scheinbar um 4 Uhr morgens bereits die Müllabfuhr kam. Auch wenn jemand duscht oder die Toilette nutzt hörte man es gut. Mit Ohrstöpseln sicher machbar oder wenn man weniger empfindlich ist. Für den Preis kann man das mal machen , für mich persönlich wäre es nur für ganz kurze Aufenthalte eine Option, da mir im Zimmer doch der wohlfühlfaktor etwas gefehlt hat.

Very modern, clean, arty, and environmentally conscious. Perfectly clean. Lovely welcoming staff. A few mins only from the tube station. Local are has lots of cafes and restaurants.

Avoid the rooms that have no windows- sewage smell
Due to last minute switching of hotels I booked a room that didn't have windows. There was a musty smell but it was too late to worry about it at check in. The next morning the sewage smell was much stronger to the point I needed to keep the door propped open while I rushed to get ready and get out. The weird thing wa that this was on the 2nd floor and the hallway air was fine. Recommend you avoid non-window rooms at this hotel. Otherwise the hotel seems nice.

Disappointing, weird rooms too hot.
An electric chair fashioned with some old hosepipe does not a boutique hotel make... Firstly, on arrival in the room, the aircon was set to 27 degC heating - it was swealtering, and completely wasteful to do that, seemingly in all rooms. Secondly, the rooms are basically just pods with an old, tired, bathroom block. Reasonably well appointed, but just not well thought through. Also, the noise. Someone was mopping the bathroom next door at about 1am, and I could hear every moment of it. I was on the ground floor so expected some noise, but this was surprisingly poor. Lastly, breakfast was basic. The juice was watered down concentrate and not great. Coffee was mediocre, and the hot breakfast was on a par with some of the cheapest hotels I've visited. Sorry, but the redesign might look pretty but the result is frankly not as good as it could have been.
