I would leave 0 stars but that isn’t an option! First problem is EVERY night we had to get our key reprogrammed. Second problem the fridge in our room kept “freezing” and we were unable to use it. They didn’t care. Third the TV in our room didn’t work - again didn’t care. Fourth the laundry. I washed my clothes they were still dry! I talked to management only to get insulted. Then was informed if I didn’t want to use their machine I can walk to the laundry mat. Fifth no service for the room - need towels? Better walk yourself to Walmart. So if you are looking for a place to just close your eyes and that’s it this is the place for you.
