“Nice and warm. A center and base for hikers and mountain climbers ”

“Fantastic seafront hotel. Sits right on the waterfront in the village. The staff are helpful and friendly. There is a dedicated parking area available next to the public carpark. The rooms are simple but stylish with nice balconies overlooking the sea. We stayed here for 3 nights and wish we had stayed longer. You can get ferries to teh nearby beaches or you can walk the E4 trail. The downstairs does great coffee aswell as typical greek food. There are two bakeries in town that have……

“Es handelt sich um ein altes Gebäude das liebevoll restauriert wurde. Direkt am alten Hafen und doch ruhig. Man musste in unser Zimmer zwar steile Treppen steigen, dafür war die Aussicht fantastisch. Das Frühstück war sehr gut , in schönem Ambiente. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das kleine Hotel empfehlen.”

“Our ocean view balcony was amazing! The suite was well equipped. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool was a pleasant temperature. The pool deck could have used more lounge chairs. Most days they were being saved and no one was actually using them. Staff needed around pool area. Could enforce rules about not holding loungers with personal items and towels for hours without using the loungers.”

“The hotel is perfectly placed for seeing all of the old port and we had a room that looked onto the port itself. No review, however, can fail to mention the now-legendary George, whose family has owned this place for decades and who offers wonderful recommendations for restaurants and beaches and other not-to-be-missed sites. Actually it was a young woman at the desk (whose name I sadly didn’t catch) who recommended we switch our planned visit to Elifonissi beach to Falasarna. Brilliant! Turns……

“Great views, nice pools, clean rooms, but the food wasn’t very good. Would say it was below average at best with limited options, especially for lunch and dinner.”
