Room was clean, although small overall the rest of the property makes up for it with the cozy lounge and great breakfast buffet! The hotel staff went above and beyond for us during our stay there to make it extra special including a special treat for our honeymoon. The valet parking service was easy to use and the staff again were amazing and even gave recommendations on where to go in Crete. The hotel itself is 5-10min walk to anything you may want in Chania. Highly recommend!

Everything about our stay was excellent. The staff, especially Theodora, were extremely helpful and accommodating. The breakfast, including the service, was phenomenal. We would stay at this property again.

Clean and modern hotel and excellent location, a couple minutes walk from the old town streets and harbour area. Friendly staff and small pool area which was hard to find in close vicinity to the old town. Only minor detractor was lack of bar service at the pool.

Any time I am in Chania I will be staying here. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The amenities are amazing. The new chef has curated an absolutely delicious menu. Get the beet salad, it’s life changing. The burger was the best burger I’ve ever had. Dimitra, Stavroula, Esmania, and Anna-Maria were the sweetest servers. 10/10 would recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The pool is just the right depth and temperature.

The hotel was very clean and staff were so helpful with everything we asked. From needing an iron in our room to planning day trips. They even took the topper of the mattress bc my brother in law needed the bed more firm. Breakfast was incredible. I felt like I was in a resort with the choices we had. The only minor complaint I have is the lights in the room were a little too dark for me. But such a minor inconvenience and only bc I have poor vision.

I loved the location for visiting Old Town. It's also conveniently located right next to the bus station so I recommend taking the the bus from the airport it will save you a ton. The breakfast was good as were the drinks at the bar. I'd do dinner at the surrounding restaurants. Overall it's a very nice place
