Don't believe everything you read about this place. I read some of the reviews and was nervous,it's FAKE NEWS. What a place! Me and my partner were in Crete for a milestone birthday and everyone made it one to remember. Room=AMAZING, the view was unreal and the staff were awesome!VANESSA - Massive shout out! She made it exceptional. Pre and during trip stayed in contact. She essentially made the trip!! Being a milestone birthday, Vanessa helped make it amazing. Everything from the smallest details to the more expansive things, she nailed it, and some! She called me as soon as I got to the hotel to help with all other plans, she suggested a restaurant for us to go to in Chania and called them to reserve us a table.. and just like everything else she did or suggested.. it was top top bracket! Absolute gem, she is an asset to the hotel! The room was just beautiful. Cleaners were great, very nice lady who came and did a great job. The guy behind the bar, I have forgotten his name.. I had read about his famous Mojitos.. just like many of the other guests had said, they were brilliant. We had massages, short lady with dark hair, wow she was something else!! Don't get me wrong, if you wanted me to nit pick and find things that could be improved then I'd say heated pools and maybe a little bit of TLC on a few areas (spa area) but that can be said of anywhere. We had honeymoon suite, and it was one of the best trips I've ever had. I recommend to all! Vanessa and team, you are amazing

the property was located outside chania, at stavros village, it was peaceful and quite, very relaxing - it was difficult to find the place as the road is unnamed and there are no signs to get to the location

This was a partially renovated property, we had one of the 4 best suits in the place, the lack of detail in room preparation was staggering, all things that should be part of a room pre-check were not considered. The TV didn't work, The toilet roll holder fell off the wall The shower didn't change between functions The usual problem with Greece the drains stank The safe didn't work Now to the food: The hotel clearly has a small budget per person, the meals were a mean affair. Chips for breakfast has never been on my wish-list, the heating trays were often not turned on and so cold beans and un-cooked scrambled eggs were not unusual, bacon was processed turkey ham, the nasty stuff that gives you bowel cancer. Fried eggs were generally over done. Generally you have an egg chef for breakfasts, so that you get something you really want this wasn't an option. Most people wanted to eat on the balcony for meals and so there was always a queue to get out there, miserable.Evening meals were generally offerings of things you just wouldn't want to eat, on the plus side the plates are minute and so you didn't have to eat a lot of it. If you did have a lucky day you would have to go twice to the buffet to get a descent portion. Chania old town is 25 kms away and so its a 25 Euro ride into town to get an alternative to the food provided at the hotel. The Lap Pool is great, However the decking around the pool is irregular with many trip hazards The plunge pool was filthy

Beautiful stop in Crete to relax!
Mr & Mrs White was lovely. Although there were some small concerns; leak from fan down the wall, small stains and cracks in weird places & the food being just mediocre, our stay was pleasant and we wished we could have spent another day. The property and the views were so incredible and the staff were so helpful and friendly! I wish there was a little bit more within walking distance but that’s not their fault! over all the hotel was clean and comfortable!
