"the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and super helpful. The breakfast was lacking and is only a "grab and go" breakfast consisting of bagels, muffins, cereal and yogurt. It included some milk and juice like you would get in a school cafeteria and also coffee. You pay for parking through a website. One night the pool was so packed because one of the rooms connected to the pool was having a HUGE party and all of the children were swimming and running around unsupervised. But other than that night we had a very peaceful stay and the hotel is in an easy walking distance to the mall of America"

"The location is great to the mall, all of the staff was polite. When we checked in the front desk lady Amber was very knowledgeable and helpful with information on things to do. She was very kind. Both restaurants are great IHOP and TGIF"

"Highly recommend: Had a really great stay for 3 nights last week. One week prior I had stayed one night but I had an issue but to my surprise, a few days later, I had a very nice professional email from Mark the GM who smoothed it out. I believe he was the GM at Ivy for a while, which speaks volumes, as it’s certainly one of the best hotels in Minneapolis. I also had a lot of great service from J at the front desk who made sure I had a great room. The room was super nice, great view, clean, and had high ceilings and nicely sized bathroom. Will not hesitate to book there again."

"Beautiful boutique hotel in in Minneapolis. Clean. Helpful staff. Delicious food at the restaurant onsite. I parked at the Capella Tower. Make sure to have the hotel staff validate the parking ticket. This will reduce the cost to $20 per day. Because of it's location in the financial district, the streets will be busy until dinner time. Be aware of frequent ambulance sirens given the proximity to major hospitals. Walking distance to major attractions. On-site gym was nice."

"It was perfect for us, we stayed there due to an early flight in the morning. We checked in and were able to walk from the hotel directly into the mall near the amusement park. Our two daughters had a blast there, we walked and did a little shopping, and had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was wonderful."
