This location is not close to anything. The early check in starts at 1:00 but nothing available. We did finally get checked in a little before 3:00. We explored the outside of the ship, where there is a small park which was very dirty with litter/trash and not well kept. Walking along the pier there was cigarette butts everywhere and some trash.
Inside the ship hotel it was very warm.....no air flowing in the lobby.
Our room was on the "A" deck at the very back of the ship....a long ways. The hall way carpet was badly stained all along the wall...needs to be replaced. The room was a nice size for a family but the carpet was extremely- badly stained. There was some loose carpet as well. There was mold in shower. The main problem...it was hot...very hot. We could not sleep well due to there was barely any air blowing anywhere. We did have it on the lowest temp. and it was miserable.
The beds felt good BUT every time you turn over or move, the mattress would move, almost coming off the bed. That was not a good feeling. We have never slept in a bed like that, so that made it also uncomfortable.
We did have water for each of us, which was nice as well as there was coffee and tea available in the room, which was nice. The free wi-fi was also nice and was secured by an individual code.
The communication about how to get picked-up from the cruise terminal was not clear, so we had to walked a very long way to the bus stop at the metro station in order to get there.
