“La comida es muy buena, la. Mayoría nos trato muy bien, solo hay algunas personas muy elitistass con el servicio hacia los mexicanos, y muchos gatos y otro tipo de fauna, entonces los pasillos y corredores del hotel huelen mucho a popo de toda la fauna que tienen ”

“Es la tercera vez que nos hospedamos en este hotel, hubo un par de detalles que no fueron de nuestro agrado, pero la disposición de resolverlo por parte del personal fue lo que no nos desanimó, gracias por todo!”

“This was surprisingly nice. The food was great at all the le carts. The buffet was great at breakfast. Not so great at lunch and dinner. The grounds were gorgeous with nice ambient music playing all day and night. Was a lil disappointing that the el beso adult pool bar closes at 6. Always something going on which was really nice. I always was a lil bummed i never seen a pianist in the piano bar playing. Was looking forward to that on my 8 night trip. But never happened. But over all it was……
