“The staff was so kind and helpful. Lupita at the front desk sent a special gift to the room because we were celebrating my daughter’s college graduation. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the room clean and neat. Hotel was very well maintained and the grounds were beautiful. Pools were a little warm but still relaxing. Overall, it was a great stay.”

“well, is like to say nice things, but the only one I have is that the staff at the pool bar was phenomenal, after that, disappointed. there were zero elevators working, which prevented my mom who is disabled from enjoying the q to over pool and sushi restaurant,. also, there was only one restaurant that was open the entire stay, which was very disappointing, no mention of this was mentioned prior to booking or at anytime before circling in. on the Web site, all restaurants are listed as open and……

“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……

“Alejandro wastes our time upon arrival. Made several promises for free perks and then after explaining everything said we are ineligible due to our age (mind you this is an adults only resort).”

“Missing mini bar when arrived ,the safe was not working,the room assigned was not the same in the picture description when I booked the hotel ,was only 30% occupancy,so no too many people and restaurants available per night,the animation staff was fun and friendly,also the staff from the bars ,pool bar ,lobby bar very nice people and friendly,so kind and fast making the cocktails .”
