“Our family had an amazing stay at the Guadalupe River Roost! The house had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kids loved the pool and games. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and comfy living area. The host, James, was incredibly responsive, providing clear check-in instructions and great local recommendations. “There were multiple issues with checkin (code provided didn’t work), linen availability (only a flat sheet & 6 pillowcases were available for fold out couch), cleanliness of kitchen cooking utensils & pots/pans (food stuck on them in the drawers), toilet seat and toilet paper holder in master bath was broken, shower curtains dirty.
