HOUSE RULES: - Occupancy [ 2 ] - The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. - Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. - Due to local laws, regulations or Homeowner Association rules, guests may be required to agree to additional terms of service. - Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. - Quiet hours are 10 pm - 7 am - Please be respectful of the property and your neighbors. - No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises of the condo or The Mercer complex. - Pets are not allowed. - Fireworks are not allowed. - There is an exterior security camera present for security purposes. Please do not tamper with them. - Please clean the common area grills after each use and clean up after yourself in the common areas. - Please do not leave personal items on the balcony. High winds may occur. - There is gated parking available for 1 car. Please park in your designated spot. Extra parking is available in the front and sides of the building.
Pool Rules: - The pool is shared. Please be courteous of other guests. - The pool cannot be heated. - Available from 8AM-10PM. - No glass or food allowed in the pool or in the pool area. - No parties allowed in the pool area. - There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. - For health, safety, and maintenance reasons, pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool. A $500 fine will be charged if this rule is violated.
Common area / Pool: Please be courteous of your fellow patrons and also clean up after yourselves in these areas.
HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible.
