"I had a great stay at Kimpton EPIC Hotel Miami. The location is excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very pleasant. I would especially like to highlight Hazel for her outstanding service. She was extremely friendly, patient, and professional throughout my stay, always willing to help and making me feel truly welcomed.
