“No fue la mejor experiencia, desde un inicio nos ofrecieron otro depto por que el que reservamos no estaba disponible, esto fue un downgrade ya que no teniamos balcón y el depto era más pequeño que el que habiamos solicitado al principio. El aire acondicionado se apagaba y tocaba bajar los tacos y volverlos a subir para que funcionara, la lavadora tenía un problema en el cierre y tocaba dejar algo ahí para que hiciera presión y funcionara, no había una caneca para botar la basura. “Great spot in Hollywood Beach. Very short walk to the Broadwalk and the beach. Unit was clean and spacious. Large bathroom with walk-in shower. Kitchen well stocked with all the utensils you need. A nice surprise was this unit had a small washer/dryer that was useful to us. Check-in process and fees due to the resort are clearly laid out in the write-up. We asked to extend our stay by one day due to some travel challenges, and that request was granted (dependent on availability) and was……

“I would not recommend staying here under any circumstances. The listing is completely misleading—the photos make it look like a spacious one-bedroom, but it's actually a tiny studio. The worst part was the bathroom light. It didn't work from the moment we arrived. We reported it multiple times, were repeatedly promised it would be fixed, and no one ever showed up. We spent our entire stay with no working bathroom light, making it nearly impossible to get ready. The problems didn't stop there.……
