“$125.00 extra charge when arriving. Almost all the remotes needed batteries. Furniture was all shoved up against walls, everything needed to be set back up. Kayaks were under house buried under a massive amount of junk and covered with sand and debris. A/C worked on and off. A/c window unit drain poured water on steps down to sea wall making them very slippery all the time. May have been a very nice place years ago but really shows its age and poor maintenance. Did not feel like calling the……

“All administrative communications with the host went well. No problems The bathroom and shower at the RV park were nice and clean. I felt the inside of the camper could have been clearer, some lights not working. Missing window shades and no dining table.”

“Excellent location - clean, quiet, well-kept community. Boat launch was key for us. Pool and beach looked very nice, but we didn't use. The unit is as described and has a nice patio out back that we used every day.”

“This property was meticulously clean and perfect for us. The property was decorated well-very home-like feel. The communication with the host was prompt and they answered all questions asked. In addition, we loved that we could bring our fur-babies (dogs) to the property with us. We highly recommend this property!”

“This community is great, especially if you have kids that need a lot of activity to be entertained. The place itself was clean and had lots of towels and blankets which is nice. The kitchen has a nice set of utensils, pots and pans as well as dishes. Be sure to bring coffee pods, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I would recommend bringing your own hair dryer that one is slow. We had a wonderful time and would go back. Last thing to not is the driveway is tiny and a rental car that is anything……

“The sliding door handle was broken off. The wall where the electric socket is soft abd the maintenance man said it needed to be replaced. They did come out and fix it.”

“By the description of the property I was was hoping for an amazing experience. The house exterior looked like it was in need of clean up. It just looked like the construction crew left and no one did detail cleaning Our room was on the upper level. It was called the Star room. Apparently there was a methane gas leak somewhere, as our room, the entire stay smelled like an unflushed toilet. It was a lingering odor. We had fans in the room, which helped. The house has this lovely weather vane on……
