Beds were comfy n clean. They responded very quickly to requests like towel exchange. The overall condition of our unit was odd. It looks like a severely unqualified remodel job and light fixtures came out of a dumpster.. overall, clean but we did experience a few bugs in our cabinets and our request for kitchen utensils , like a microwable bowl was a big request. Odd.
