Nice place to stay, the only thing I was disappointed in was the Hot water, I was on the 2nd floor and I had to run the Hot water for so long just for it to warm up , I could have had a shower and then some b4 the Hot water started to come,
Then it never did get hot.
Lots to see around the farm, great place for the kids.

Room is rather spacious for 2 people. The bathroom is clean. The shower can be stronger
Flow but temperature easily adjustable.
Breakfast has only one meat option - sausage or meatballs on each day I was there. Another protein option is egg. Good self-service waffle machine.
Location is excellent - close to the inner harbour and legislative assembly.
