“A great location with some good eating places within an easy walk. The room was fine. However, I thought this place was over-priced ($156) considering there was no breakfast and no pool. I didn't realize until I checked in that this was a bare-bones extended stay place with no amenities other than a small fitness center. The front desk agent acted as though it was unusual for someone to be there for only one night. Mostly my fault for not reading the description before I booked -- I just……

“Right in the heart of historic downtown Sanford. Short walk to Lake Monroe and all of the local amenities. Check in was a breeze and the room was tastefully designed and color coordinated very well. The ceilings are high and the ceiling tiles are very unique. There are artistic touches in the entire unit which makes it quite cozy and fun.”

“Staff was very nice, facility was very clean. Most of all, close to the port.”

Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them.”
