I told them my concern of being allergic to cats and dogs so they wanted to make sure that I was comfortable! Try sent house cleaning up to go through the room thoroughly cleaning one more time to make sure it was clean of any animal dander. When I got in my room, it was clean freshly smelling and I had a wonderful sleep! They went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable! Now that’s a caring hotel."
