“In odd/disrepair. I've been staying in rental properties since it was a thing on Expedia. This is in my top 3 worst places I've stayed unfortunately. I never give reviews, but I feel this one is warranted. ”

“We stayed here while in town visiting family for Christmas. It was a great house in a great neighborhood. However on our last day we arrived back at the house at 3:30pm to find the furnace had stopped working. We contacted the hosts immediately and they sent a maintenance person as early as they could - 8:00pm. At 8:30pm we learned heat would not be restored overnight. The hosts did not provide any solutions for us (providing a space heater, finding an alternative place stay, etc.) other than……

“I told Jane that my family was going to gather at her charming house to celebrate Christmas. When I arrived I was delighted to find a decorated Christmas tree! The property was exactly what I expected, and Jane was very prompt in answering my questions before and after arrival.”

“We are repeat guests. This cottage meets all of our needs when we visit family in KC. It is dog friendly, has an enclosed porch with a daybed which is cozy for reading/napping, a small office for zoom meetings and a full sized washer & dryer as well as a comfy couch with a lounger. ”
